Terms of Use for Works at www.discussIT.org

The intent of the following requirements is to make it more likely that your input will lead to valuable works that may be distributed for your benefit.

All rights reserved. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of these works are expressly prohibited.  Authorization is granted if this copyright notice is kept intact and conspicuously included.

Contributors are entitled to negotiate changes to the following terms as well as shares in document ownership.  

You may modify the works or any portion thereof, thus forming derivative works, and copy and distribute such new work under the terms above, provided that you also meet all of these conditions:
a) You must add your name, date and identify your contributions in the revision history.
b) You must email each major version of the new work to the respective document manager(s) and receive an acknowledgment before distributing your derivative work.  (You do not have to give the document manager the right to publish your work.)
c) You must cause any future work that you distribute or publish, that in whole or in part contains or is derived from the work found at discussIT.org or any part thereof, to contain a link or reference to the work at discussIT.org.
d) You must use these Terms of Use with your derived work, or negotiate new terms with the document manager.
